Home sweet home!

I know that some of you wanted me to post some pictures of our cute little Pittsburgh home. We like it but are slowly growing out of it and are excited to move into something a bit bigger in a few years. But, for our first home, it has been perfect! Home sweet home!!

My Frist Tooth!

I was out with a friend running errands when Tyson called me to tell me that he had discovered a little tooth in Landon's mouth!! We were both so excited. We tried to take a few pictures and I think this one turned out the best. The little twit (my grandma called him a twit when we were home visiting during the summer and we thought it was so funny so we call him that all the time now) wouldn't let us get in his mouth! I don't know if you can see it but it is right where my finger is pointing! He now has a second one just next to it coming in!

What a mess!

Um...Landon had a bit of a blow out! This has been by far the worst diaper I have changed! The poor guy hadn't gone in days. After calling my doctor, she suggested I give him 2 tsp of brown sugar mixed with 4 ounces of water. What a miracle mixture, within a few hours...he filled his pants and it wasn't pretty! And of course being an obsessed picture taking mom, I had to capture this lovely moment on film!

How time flies!

I can't believe that the summer is almost over and Tyson is moving into his third year of Dental School. I thought I would share a few pictures of some highlights over the past couple of years. We got to take some fun trips and have family out to visit us. We have also had some great times with friends. Looking back, I can't believe how much has changed and how much has happened to us. Even though these have been some of the hardest years of my life I know that when we do move onto the next chapter of our lives we will be glad for the memories that we have created here.

Lazy Day!

I thought this was way funny! Our cat Ebony saw Landon relaxing on the floor and thought that she would join him! And of course another cute picture of Landon that I had to share. After I feed him in the morning he is just so happy. He looks up at me and smiles away. I am glad that he has his daddy's blue eyes! It has been hard for me to get up so early in the morning and tend to a little one but if I get those smiles then it makes it all worth it! (Not that I still don't love it when he goes down for his morning nap...ahh, freedom!)

My daddy loves me...and mommy too!

Tyson and I tried for a little over three years for Landon. It was something that challenged both of us and caused much pain and heartache. It was hard to understand what God had in mind for us and why it wasn't including a baby. But I know that it strengthened both of us and made us stronger individually and as a couple. Tyson is an amazing Dad, I watch him with Landon and I get chills. Nothing is more important then your children and your family. I remember my mom and dad both telling me..."you will not know our love for you until you have children of your own." I now more fully appreciate my parents and all that they did for me. Thanks to you both.

Ok, I know I will probably post way too many pics and videos of Landon but we are such proud parents...I can't help it! Landon is now rolling over! It has been so fun to watch him grow and learn new things! I can't wait until he can sit up all by himself! We are working on it!
